The forgiveness and positive nature of Japanese

Japanese people do not have any grudge against the U.S. or Russia concerning war, which is surprising. In Japan you can not almost hear any voice of grudge against the U.S. which dropped atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, killing 340,000 people, or against Russia which joined the war at the end and kept 570,000 Japanese people for forced labor.

One of the reasons for that is that Japanese have a nature of letting go and forgetting the past without regretting the past, and going forward.

In the Great East Japan Earthquake, the victims were not seen to just lament but to try to live positively.

Also Japanese have a spirit of reflecting on themselves rather than holding grudge against others. However, this virtue seems to work negatively as "The nature of Japanese brings about misunderstanding"says, so that Japanese people tend to feel condemnation.
